Metal processing
Facing various design requirements, GMORS satisfy our customers through multiple metal processing methods, such as Turning, Punching, Milling, Powder Metallurgy(PM) and Metal Injection Molding (MIM). Processing feasibility and cost will be affected by shape design, size and metal materials.

Surface Treatment on Steel
GMORS works with plating company that complies with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IECQ QC080000 for qualified plating and environment protection per inquires specified only.
Following each plating standard and automotive requirements, we provide not only Zinc or Zinc alloy plating but also Sn-Zn alloy, Hard Chrome and Ni-Cr Plating.
Following the DIN EN 12329 standard, the corrosion resistance of zinc plating related to thickness and finish types is shown in diagram below :
